Veranio Lens is an app for real estate professionals. It is provided by SAAS Mate Ltd. (СААС Мейт ЕООД), company number 206761128, 47A Cherni Vrah Blvd., Lozenets District, Fl. 4 I 5, 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria. We are responsible for the personal data described below. Contact: info@veranio.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name and sign-in details. You need an email address to use the app.
- Content: what you or your agency add, such as properties, photos, videos, floor plans, contact details and instructions to AI features.
- Call data: the name a guest enters and the details of a call, deleted within a day after it ends. Calls are not recorded.
- Usage and technical data: credits used, actions in a workspace, device and connection details.
We get this data from you, your agency and your device. The app uses the camera, microphone, speech recognition, location and photo library only if you allow it. You can switch each off in iPhone Settings.
Why we use it
- To provide the app and its features, including AI editing and calls. Legal basis: our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in serving your agency.
- To keep the service secure and reliable and to handle requests and claims. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in doing so.
- To invoice and keep accounts. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
For content an agency adds about its properties and clients, the agency is responsible. We process it on the agency's instructions.
Who receives it
We share data with service providers that work for us, such as providers of sign-in, hosting and storage, AI processing and video calls. They may use it only to provide their service and must protect it as we do. When you use an AI feature, your photo and instruction go to such a provider.
Members of your agency can see the workspace's content. We disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
Some providers are outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on an EU adequacy decision or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy.
How long we keep it
We keep data while your account or your agency's workspace is open. After that we delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, as it does for accounting records. Our providers keep copies only for a limited time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and you can object to uses based on our legitimate interest. In France you can also leave instructions for your data after your death. Write to info@veranio.com. We answer within one month.
You can complain to your local data protection authority or to ours, the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria (www.cpdp.bg).
Changes
We may update this policy and will announce important changes in the app or by email. This version applies from 8 October 2026.
